Wasakaca --it is a sauce for roasted bbq chicken made from-olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and cilantro. Baste chicken in this mixture while bbq'ing, also serve Chicken with vinegared red onions. Billy from Moca
