Okay you asked to hear the funniest blunder I've ever heard in church:

Kay Dick was a woman in our church; no I'm not kidding. When she became a member, the pastor did what he always did. He called her forward and asked the congregation to come forward and shake her hand to welcome her into the church. Instead of saying, "Come forward and shake Kay Dick's hand," he said, "Come forward and shake Kay's D---." It was the worst faux pas I've ever heard in my life.
