Some things have to be fixed / algunas cosas tienen que arreglarse

Starting tomorrow, I'm on medical leave. As the title said, there are some things that have to be fixed, so I'll be undergoing surgery. Don't worry, though, it's nothing bad. I expect I'll be offline for approximately a couple of weeks. I'm really sorry, but I won't be able to blog or chat (due to the surgery, I won't be able to use my arms or hands) but I will be back at full force once my doctor gives me the green light.
You can still message me, though. I will have someone read my mail for me...
I will also tell Jose to keep you guys updated on my status.

A partir de mañana entro de licencia médica. Como lo dice el título, hay algunas cosas que tienen que arreglarse, así que me estaré sometiendo a una cirugía. No se preocupen, no es nada malo. Espero estar fuera de línea por aproximadamente par de semanas. Lo siento mucho, pero no podré bloggear o chatear (por la cirugía, no voy a poder utilizar los brazos ni las manos) pero estaré de vuelta con todas las fuerzas desde que el doctor me de luz verde.
Me pueden mandar mensajes, no obstante. Haré que alguien me ayude a revisar mi mail...
También le voy a decir a Jose que los mantenga actualizados sobre mi estado.
