July 17 - 18. Amsterdam - Copenhagen, Denmark.

We took a plane from Amsterdam's Schipol airport (supposed to be the biggest in the world) to Copenhagen. It was a fast trip and when we got to our hotel in Copenhagen (which by the way had a great view of the river), we decided to go out for a stroll. As per my brother's recommendation we went to Tivoli Gardens. I personally didn't know what it was, but it seems to be very famous over at Europe. Almost 40 restaurants, shows everywhere, it's sort of an amusement park, europe style. Europe's biggest rollercoaster is there (I didn't get on it, nobody wanted to come with me). It's actually very nice.
On the 18th we took a city tour (we could board the ship as late as 9:00 pm, so we decided to spend the day in Copenhagen). We visited a bunch of nice places, including the famous Little Mermaid Statue, made to honor Hans Christian Andersen's book (he was danish).
Around 3 o'clock the tour was over and we decided to go onboard the ship. Our adventure was about to start!
The Grand Princess is the fourth biggest ship in the world. With more than 2,500 passengers and 17 floors, we were sure to have a great time. If you want to know more about the ship, check out it's website: http://www.princess.com
